Jim is a proven entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the internal audit and accounting profession. He founded CrossCheck Compliance in 2008 to provide regulatory compliance, lending and internal audit consulting services to financial services organizations. Prior to CrossCheck Compliance, he co-founded Jefferson Wells, a professional services firm providing business solutions and process improvement to its clients in the areas of internal audit, accounting, tax and technology risk management. Jefferson Wells was one of the fastest growing private companies in the mid to late 1990s, growing to 25 offices with 1,600 employees and achieving annual sales of over $100 million. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Jim held various leadership positions in internal auditing for Kraft Inc. and Tenneco Inc.
