A universally respected veteran of four presidential administrations (both Republican and Democrat), Montgomery most recently served as Deputy Secretary at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

With more than 37 years in the mortgage industry, Becker recently served as Chief Risk Officer for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), responsible for implementing the agency’s comprehensive risk governance infrastructure and the independent monitoring and reporting of FHA’s financial, mortgage credit, counterparty credit, and operational risks.

Over 35 years working in the mortgage industry, Oppenheimer recently served as Senior Advisor to the FHA Commissioner, where he was responsible for advising the Commissioner on updating FHA’s Single Family servicing policies to support sustainable homeownership, aligning FHA with industry best practices for Single Family servicing, and supporting FHA’s technology modernization initiative, FHA Catalyst.

Considered a leading expert in both Public Housing and Community Development programs, Kurtz has spent his professional career working in the affordable housing industry at the state, local, and federal levels.

Marshall recently served as Acting Assistant Secretary for the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) at HUD, advising the Secretary and Deputy Secretary on policy matters, research and demonstrations, economic information, innovation, international programs, and philanthropic initiatives.

Michael Waldron is a Founding Partner of Gate House Compliance, LLC. He has over 25 years of helping management teams navigate regulatory, transactional, corporate governance, and litigation matters while mitigating risk and expanding market position.

A highly respected executive with 38 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, renowned for his business acumen, innovation, and global perspective, Powel serves as a Senior Advisor to the Gate House family of companies providing strategic counsel and industry insights.

Paul Hancock is recognized as a preeminent expert in civil rights matters, such as those arising under the federal Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Voting Rights Act, and related state consumer protection laws prohibiting deceptive, unfair, and abusive practices. His expertise in fair lending dates back to his service in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led the Department’s fair-housing and fair-lending enforcement program, and extends up through the present.

Liz Scholz serves as a Senior Advisor in compliance, risk, and client strategies. Liz served as an executive with FHFA for twelve years where she led activities in examination, regulatory policy, and Board monitoring of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Gerry Flood is a Senior Consultant with Gate House Strategies. He brings extensive mortgage industry experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Research.

Sherry Walton is a Senior Consultant with Gate House Strategies. She brings extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Multi-Family and Single-Family risk and default management, portfolio management, servicing operations, REO dispositions, asset management, and development of new servicing initiatives.

Earl Randall, III, a recognized authority in housing and community development, previously served as HUD Field Office Director, advancing critical recovery programs.

With extensive experience across public and private sectors, John Laswick served at HUD, where he strategically implemented transformative community programs.

Leslie Meaux Pordzik offers distinguished leadership in housing finance following executive tenure at all three mortgage agencies—Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.

Mark Ehrenreich, a recognized authority in mortgage servicing, previously served as SVP at Ocwen, advancing critical customer experience and compliance programs.

Distinguished former SVP at Mr. Cooper Group, Ruth Price successfully led compliance management systems with notable expertise in regulatory oversight implementation.
