Mark Ehrenreich is a Consultant with Gate House Strategies and as a Senior Mortgage Banking executive, he is experienced in implementing new programs, initiatives, and processes to improve the customer’s experience while addressing investor requirements.  Adept at identifying and reducing costs, developing strong management structures, managing multiple operations/geographies, and assessing new business initiatives and strategies. 

He brings extensive experience with call centers, default operations, customer complaints and gaps in servicing, asset management for investors using sub-servicers, and loss mitigation of both mortgage and asset.  Mark has managed both international and US based call centers and collection operations.  He has directed default areas encompassing prime, sub-prime, and reverse mortgages, and he developed a model to track complaints and the customers’ experience across thousands of agents interacting with the consumer.

With over 40 years as a senior mortgage professional, Mark provides strong leadership and insight into ways to reduce operational timelines and process gaps in servicing operations, bringing a special focus on default activities of prime, sub-prime, and reverse mortgages.

Mark has an MBA from Northeastern University, and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
